Race is run on backcountry roads and is mostly flat, and very fast.
A comfort station is available at Pomonoa General Store,
approximately mile marker 7-8, for runners to use. Registration: Registration
starts 6:30 AM. $25 until May 17, $30 after and on day of event.

Awards: Unique awards for overall Male and Female runners and top 3 in 5 year age groups for 10 Miler and 5K. Top 3 Male & Female walk finishers in the 5K. First place awards to Male Clydesdale 200+ lbs and Female Filly 150+ lbs. Awards for first Male and Female winners Kent County, MD in the 10 Miler & 5K. No Awards Duplications! Awards ceremony will follow the completion of each event.

Join our Party: Following the race, join our yearly observance and reenactment of the Chestertown Tea Party of 1774. There will be a parade including drum corps, Scottish pipes, marching bands, floats and more. Vendors will be selling Maryland crab cakes, BBQ ribs, chicken, burgers, funnel cakes and much more. Arts and crafts vendors and street performers will fill the streets as well. Festival is FREE.
